Overview

This outdoor project was designed to make the backyard feel more structured and usable — not just “open space.” We built a custom pergola feature and a set of privacy lattice screens to create a clean outdoor zone for relaxing, planters, and everyday use.

A modern outdoor structure that feels light but intentional:

• a decorative “frame-within-a-frame” feature that adds depth and a custom look

• Layout and positioning for the pergola and screen line
• Pergola build with consistent framing and clean connections
• Decorative geometric feature framing (the “tunnel” effect)
• Lattice privacy panels and gate/entry detailing
• Exterior finishing and cleanup for a crisp final presentation
